Jean-François Paillard was born in Paris in 1961. He grew up in the greater Paris suburbs and in the United States, and currently lives in Marseille. Journalist and video maker, he is also a writer, active in several genres: essays, theatre, stories, poetry, novels. The Parisian is his first thriller.
