Masatoshi Kumagaï born in Sendai in 1961, wanted to become a policeman. Today he is one of the “godfathers” of the Japanese mafia, of the Inagawakai clan, the second most important clan in Japan. He is one of the rare yakuza chiefs to extend his activities beyond the borders of Japan.
