One evening, in a Parisian restaurant.
A dozen couples, some in the making, others on the verge of breaking up, have come to dinner.
For the duration of the meal, they look at each other, flee from each other, touch each other’s hands, withdraw. And each one projects a life onto his neighbors, a mirror of his own cracks and unfulfilled desires.
An apparently banal scene. However, this evening, the guests play their score seriously at each table of the restaurant.
As the plates are emptied, buried feelings resurface.
Truths burst out. Masks fall.
And everyone, in one way or another, ends up paying the bill.

Through a ballet of stories, both fantasized and real, Claire Renaud tenderly tells the story of the waltz of love, in all its complexity.
