A first baby, the most wonderful adventure... But the experience becomes a challenge when the newborn is gifted with superpowers that are impossible to control. And it turns into a nightmare when a dubious pharmaceutical laboratory decides to get its hands on this child, at all costs.
Julie, a young woman with a strong temperament, must flee to the four corners of the world with her daughter in her arms. But it will not be said that a mother is short of resources when it comes to protecting her child... Her pursuers had better hang on.

After Mauvaise graine, Nicolas Jaillet offers us a new hectic thriller. In this escapade between laughter and adrenaline, pop culture and black literature intermingle to offer us a few hours of pure reading pleasure.

Press

“The author gleefully draws us into a novel between Kill Bill and Bridget Jones.”

Femme Actuelle.

“A smart, clever, funny book, which avoids the traps of the genre literature it crosses and imposes its tone. A real good moment.”
