A composite formal adventure, Voir Montauk expresses all the strength of those who save.

Returning to her homeland after a long absence, a woman takes care of her mother who has fallen ill. On the eve of her hospitalization, her daughter makes her a promise: to take her to Montauk, when everything is better. But how to sail to Montauk? As a compass to avoid the fall and thwart the emergency, the writing draws the road towards this unknown place, at the bend of the paths and memories awakened by the mother’s sufferings. Montauk turns out to be a utopia of calm, of abolished noise, of rediscovered speech. A place where, finally, between a mother and a daughter, everything is simple.

Diary of a storm, Voir Montauk is a declaration of love, where irony and poetry cut through the clinical ice of hospitals.
